I had an amazing experience working with my surgery coordinator Melisa Martinez. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She explained every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and always made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.
Her communication was excellent, and she was always available when I needed reassurance or clarification. Booking surgery can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth, organized, and stress-free. I truly felt cared for, not just like another patient.
I’m very grateful for her dedication and kindness, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering surgery. She is truly a gem and an asset to her team.

I am beyond happy I am 3 weeks post opp I had tummy tuck breast lift with Dr triggs I flew in from Cali to Miami. Dr triggs was amazing I was able to meet him twice to talk about my goals n what I had in mind for my body he was so honest which put my mind n all my worries at rest. he was right on n I am in love with my body he really created a work of art. The whole team was nice from yasmin taking all my calls, to the gabbys to Annie in billing everyone was truly nice n very supportive I was surprised I didn’t expect it to go so well. Thank you so much for my whole new confidence my vixen family you guys are the best n a very happy holidays

My sister is an out of state patient and I am very disappointed with the post-operative care she received from Dr. Triggs and his nursing staff. After her procedure, she experienced concerning symptoms and attempted to contact the office multiple times. Her calls have yet to be returned.
Post-surgical care is just as important as the procedure itself. When patients are dealing with potential complications, clear communication and responsiveness are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. She felt unheard and unsupported when she needed help the most.
I hope the practice improves its follow-up process and patient communication so others do not have the same experience.
side note: they charged her for a service that Dr. Triggs decided he wasn't going to do and never returned her money back. They stated that it would be credited towards her next surgery. who in their right mind would go back to his nicely decorated sweat shop.

I am leaving this review to share my honest experience with Vixen Plastic Surgery, which was unfortunately very disappointing on the administrative and patient-care side.
To be clear, the doctor himself (Dr. Valladeres) was excellent, kind, professional, and reassuring. However, the staff and overall patient-care experience did not match the level of care one should expect from a medical facility, especially for post-operative services.
Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. Staff members were often snappy, dismissive, and unkind, and it was incredibly difficult to receive basic follow-up care that I had already paid for. Appointment confirmations were not sent as promised, automatic scheduling that was stated never happened, and I was placed on very long holds when calling. On multiple occasions, I had to call several times and from different phone numbers just to get someone to answer.
At one point, I had to mention the possibility of requesting a refund just to receive a response and secure my aftercare appointment. Even then, when I asked for proof of a so-called “confirmation” that they claimed was sent via text, I was told they could not provide it and that the staff member I spoke to did not have access to that information. This made an already stressful post-operative period even more difficult.
Overall, the experience felt less like a patient-centered medical practice and more like a factory-style operation, where volume seems prioritized over care and communication. That is deeply concerning when patients are trusting a facility with their bodies and recovery.
I truly wish the administrative staff and patient-care systems matched the quality of the surgeon. Until then, I would urge future patients to be cautious and prepared to advocate strongly for themselves.

I had my Lipo360 done with Dr. Triggs and his team at Vixen Plastic Surgery, and overall, my experience was great. The pre-op team was comforting and amazing—they really helped put me at ease since this was my first surgery and I was extremely nervous. Dr. Triggs was professional, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
The post-op staff were kind and organized. Sara, my nurse, was an absolute sweetheart—very patient and always willing to explain anything I didn’t understand. The masseuse I worked with (last room on the left) was also wonderful. Even though the massages were painful, she was gentle and took her time to make me as comfortable as possible.
My only issue was having difficulty getting in contact with the post-op team once I returned home. Other than that, I’d still highly recommend Vixen Plastic Surgery and give them 4 out of 5 stars.
